The continuous bright annealing furnace for stainless steel pipes is a specialized heat treatment equipment mainly used for stainless steel products, such as corrugated pipes, elbow fittings, straight pipes, etc., to perform bright stress relief annealing, solid solution reduction and other treatment processes under controlled atmosphere protection. The following is the working principle of the device:

During the annealing process, the workpiece is placed on a steel strip or mesh belt inside a stainless steel muffle tube, and through the continuous rotation of the transmission material table, the workpiece is sent into the heating furnace for heating. After heating to the predetermined temperature, the workpiece is kept in a protective atmosphere for a period of time to complete the annealing process. Subsequently, the workpiece is sent to a water cooling device for rapid cooling. During the entire annealing process, the electrical control system is responsible for precise control of parameters such as temperature, time, and atmosphere to ensure annealing quality.

Furnace Characteristic:

①Advanced temperature control : Intelligent thermostat, silicon-controlled rectifier and schneider electrical switches ensure temperature control precision of ±1℃;
②The heating hearth (muffle) is made of imported Sweden high-temperature resistance nickel alloy (310S);
③Heating elements: High-temp. resistance wire is used, with alumina tube frame; heating elements are arranged in an upper-lower removable to ease repair or replacing; replacing resistance wire has no impact on production;
④Protective gas: mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reachesgas protection effect; Product surface will become brightness and won’t be oxidized after heat treatment.
