Brazing furnace in industrial for copper

This mesh belt brazing furnace is mainly used for all kinds of various metals and copper. After the product is treated by the equipment, the surface is bright without oxidation and decarbonization, and the brazing welding seam is full. The furnace has novel design, rational structure, energy saving, high heat efficiency, stable production quality, safe and convenient use, not generating industrial pollution.

The continuous brazing furnace mainly consists of a feeding section, a preheating section, a heating furnace body, a cooling section, a discharging section, an electrical control system, and possibly an ammonia decomposition furnace (used to generate a protective atmosphere). The workpiece enters the feeding section through a conveyor device such as a stainless steel mesh belt, and after preheating, heating (melting of brazing material), and cooling, it is output from the discharging section.

    Furnace Characteristic:

    ①Advanced temperature control : Intelligent thermostat, silicon-controlled rectifier and schneider electrical switches ensure temperature control precision of ±1℃; 
    ②The heating hearth (muffle) is made of imported Sweden high-temperature resistance nickel alloy (310S); 
    ③Heating elements: High-temp. resistance wire is used, with alumina tube frame; heating elements are arranged in an upper-lower removable to ease repair or replacing; replacing resistance wire has no impact on production; 
    ④Protective gas: mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect; Product surface will become brightness and won’t be oxidized after heat treatment.
