Working principle
Heating zone: In the heating zone, electrical energy is converted into thermal energy through heating elements (such as resistance wires).
Brazing area: The part of the workpiece that needs to be brazed is placed in the brazing area. The workpiece moves along the connecting platform of the brazing area through the conveying device, achieving continuous completion of welding.
Heat conduction: High temperature heat is conducted from the heating area to the brazing area, which can be achieved through methods such as heat conduction plates, heat conduction fluids, or direct thermal radiation. The purpose is to heat the connecting part of the workpiece to a sufficient temperature to meet the requirements of brazing.
Brazing process: When the workpiece moves to the brazing area, brazing agent is added to the connecting part. The brazing agent undergoes a chemical reaction with the surface of the workpiece at high temperatures, forming a strong connection.
Cooling process: After brazing is completed, the workpiece continues to pass through the brazing area until it reaches the cooling area. In the cooling zone, the workpiece is exposed to the atmosphere or rapidly cooled by a cooling medium, which helps to restore the brazed connection to room temperature and improve its strength and stability.

Furnace Characteristic:
①Advanced temperature control : Intelligent thermostat, silicon-controlled rectifier and schneider electrical switches ensure temperature control precision of ±1℃;
②The heating hearth (muffle) is made of imported Sweden high-temperature resistance nickel alloy (310S);
③Heating elements: High-temp. resistance wire is used, with alumina tube frame; heating elements are arranged in an upper-lower removable to ease repair or replacing; replacing resistance wire has no impact on production;
④Protective gas: mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect; Product surface will become brightness and won’t be oxidized after heat treatment.
