In a continuous atmosphere protected bright quenching heat treatment furnace, the workpiece is continuously fed into the furnace through a conveying device. In the heating zone, the workpiece is heated to a predetermined temperature and maintained for a period of time to fully austenitize. Then, the workpiece quickly enters the quenching zone and undergoes quenching treatment under the protection of inert gas or reducing gas. After quenching, the workpiece undergoes subsequent treatments such as cooling and cleaning to ultimately obtain the required mechanical properties and surface quality.
