Furnace Characteristic:

① Precision temperature control technology: intelligent thermostats, silicon controlled rectifiers, and Schneider Electric switches jointly ensure the accuracy of temperature control reaches ± 1 ℃, demonstrating advanced temperature control capabilities.

② The heating furnace (muffle furnace) is carefully crafted using imported Swedish high-temperature resistant nickel alloy (model 310S), with excellent quality.

③ In terms of heating elements, we used high-temperature resistant wires and fixed them with an aluminum oxide tube frame. The heating element adopts a detachable design, which is convenient for later maintenance or replacement work, and the replacement of the resistance wire will not have any impact on production.

④ In terms of gas protection, we use the mixed gas produced by the decomposition of liquid ammonia (with hydrogen accounting for 75% and oxygen accounting for 25%) to inject into the furnace, achieving effective gas protection. After heat treatment, the surface of the product will present a bright luster and will not be oxidized.
