The continuous bright annealing furnace for stainless steel tubes usually includes key components such as heating furnace, water cooling device, stainless steel muffle tube, front and rear transmission material platform, electrical control, and ammonia decomposition furnace. Among them, the heating furnace is equipped with electric heating elements to provide the heat required for annealing; Water cooling device is used for rapid cooling of annealed workpieces; The stainless steel muffle tube serves as a channel for annealing workpieces and is equipped with stainless steel strips or mesh belts inside for transporting workpieces in and out; The front and rear transmission material tables are used for placing and removing workpieces; The electrical control system is responsible for controlling the temperature, time, and atmosphere parameters of the entire annealing process; The ammonia decomposition furnace provides a protective atmosphere.

Furnace Characteristic:
